Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, in accordance with the legal requirements. This means that you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please ensure that you follow these instructions carefully. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the desired item. This is the fastest way to ensure that you receive the product you want.

European Union Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply for these returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
